10:15 Nana Smith, MD- 30 minutes- Use of complementary and alternative medicine among adults with skin disease (results from a national survey)

10:45 Panel Discussion-Histopathology Update- Wilma Bergfeld-Richard Spielvogel-1hour – 20-25 cases or common problems between clinicians and their dermatologists will be asked of the attendees and a group discussion will then take place. Dr. Bergfeld and Dr. Spielvogel will present their opinion on each topic. An example question is; How does the clinician interpret the meaning of mild, moderate or severe nuclear atypia in an atypical or dysplastic nevus, is the meaning consistent from lesion to lesion, are margins necessary , should a re-excision be performed, should the pathology report recommend re excision in writing
